This notice covers the Modality Maps coming-soon website, operated by Nimblor LLC. The app is in development. This website does not collect your journeys or device location.

If you join the NYC notification list

We store your email address, confirmation that you live in NYC and want to hear when iPhone TestFlight opens, the date you signed up, and the version of the consent you accepted. We use this list only for updates about NYC testing. Joining is optional and does not guarantee a testing invitation.

Where your information goes

The website is hosted on Vercel. Cloudflare processes signup requests and stores the notification list in D1. If you email us, Zoho Mail processes your message. These providers process information to operate these services. Hosting and security systems may process technical request information, including IP addresses. We do not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or tracking cookies to this website, and we do not sell the list.

Keeping and deleting it

Notification-list entries are automatically removed after 18 months. You can ask us to remove your entry sooner, correct it, or provide a copy by emailing hello@modalitymaps.com from the address you used. Contact emails are kept only as needed to handle the conversation and related business records.
